Makenzie is my warranty representative at Venetian Pines. She has been very responsive and her communication skills are great!! Makes this whole warranty process so much easier to deal with with minimal stress.

Once recognizing that we were fond of multiple floor plans, Robby Buish partnered with us to understand our thought process on buying a new home, offer sound advice, and match our cadence once we were ready to buy. He carried that partnership over to James Womac who led the way on construction through an aggressive closing schedule. We could quickly tell that James prefers to lead with a quality first approach. The team is full of rockstars.

The people are what make this company great! I've had the please of working with Makenzie Buisch to correct some maintenance items, and she has gone above and beyond! Even helping connect me with other members of her team (Daris and Eric) who have been great as well. I could tell that Makenzie really wants her homeowners to be happy with their new homes by Empire. She takes great pride in her work, and it shows! So many new construction homes are built similarly, but the after closing care received with Empire stands above the others!

Solid buying experience, closed on the house in about 2 weeks. Sale representative was knowledgeable and is a diligent worker. Homes are built well as you can tell after inspection where was just a few fixes that were pretty much all minor, cosmetic finishes and 1 glitch with AC wiring that was fixed in less than a day after inspection. Upon finial walk thru you can tell they took their time with each finding from the inspection. Honestly only thing I did not like about the process was having to use a particular title company that they selected even though I am the one paying the closing costs, just a preference but other than that no complaints. Got a solid deal on the home, premium location. Todd L. was great in explaining everything at the final walk thru and with the warranty process if there is any questions or issues down the line. All in all, I would buy with them again and refer them to anyone interested in a quality living experience!

I had a fantastic experience with Empire. We got a new construction in Dellrose community, Texas and it was a fantastic overall expertise. The workmanship is solid, communication is great, and the level of dedication put into each house is visible with the quality of the houses. You have a great team. Will definitely buy from Empire again if I get a chance.

Finally a builder that brings top quality, affordability and excellent customer service to the absolute forefront! Gated section is gorgeous! A million included features! 3 car garages!! $300-500! Also excellent lender with the lowest rates and super easy process!

Sheila and Erik with Empire were both very helpful and great. We were very well informed and communication was perfect. Sheila was understanding and answered sooo many of my questions without ever seeming annoyed. Erik is taking care of our punch list and has done what he said he will and cares about his clients. I am very pleased with everyone at Empire that I dealt with.
